We loved the cozy courtyard ambiance at the hotel. It felt like coming home to family and friends after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, just outside the noisy tourist area but still close to everything. We were able to easily access the collectivo bus stations and explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Clean rooms with balconies and hammocks. Well-equipped kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool area. Peaceful oasis near local shops and restaurants.

This hotel is an amazing value for money. The prices are affordable for a stay in Playa del Carmen, especially considering the location. It's close to the main tourist area, yet just outside the noisy hustle and bustle, making it a peaceful retreat. The beach is also easily accessible, within a short walking distance. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with a kitchenette and basic amenities provided.

The location couldn't have been better. It was close to the main tourist area, with plenty of local food options nearby. Plus, it was far enough away to not be bothered by all the noise and hustle. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely tropical atmosphere.
The breakfast options could have been more varied.
